Telkom is giving me a hard time, I’ll go to other service providers

I’ve complaining about the WiFi services for the whole week. The WiFi router is not working. They wrote on Facebook messenger that they will send a technician, till now nothing has happened. I’ve been calling 10210 non stop, still no help. All I wanted from them was a technician to come into my house to setup this WiFi router.
