TELKOM IS GHETTO

Very unhappy with the service from Telkom. I get my account suspended every single month because Telkom choses to debit me on random dates, before my debit order date and then sends my account to collectors and the proceeds to suspend my account. Then my debit order date comes, I get debited, and I still have to wait 7-10 days for account to be reactivated. Mind you, my bank charges a fee for bounced debit orders and Telkom tries atleast 3 times to debit me. Then I'm left with -R300+ before I a get my Salary. and to top it up, Telkom will still charge me a "no funds" amount of R200 :-(. I do not recommend this service provider.
