Telkom is getting ******s for salespeople to make get sales and charge you unexpectedly high amounts of money that I didn't agree on over the phone.

I took out a Telkom big deal in March the 30gig for R199 per month. I used it for two months and then Telkom sales people phone me to upgrade for an 80gig deal for on ±R368 per month, the sales rep told me I would not pay for a new device and no extra subscription fee. They told me my new amount I only going to be the R368. When I received my invoice for May it was an astonished R1200.32. I phone the call centre now, and the lady told me Telkom charged me for the device and my old contract plus my new subscription fee. I just need to know how do I cancel my contract with Telkom and its ******s for salespersons. I'm deeply disappointed. Social media will get this post.
