Telkom is full of them selves

I last hand a contract with Telkom in 2015 or 2016, They deducting my account I have been just reversing the debit orders as I have no knowledge of them, but after today and noticing that they are an account that has been added to my credit report i just want them to know that i am tired of them, even last time i end up paying for services i was not receiving.

Please kindly fix this as soon as possible
