telkom is full of **** , not getting what i paid for

Telkom mobile is full of **** , i took up a contract march last year , which came with 1500 free min to any local mobile number , but im getting billed for this , i spock to customer care , they said they cant do anything , this is bull **** , i should get what i paid for
