Telkom is full of lies and I will never do business with them again.

I opened a contact with Telkom specifying a black phone aS opposed to the blue one as I am not a a teenage boy. I work in a professional industry and the last thing I want is a BRIGHT BLUE phone. I was guaranteed a black phone why the sales rep and was told the delivery would take 4-7 day, the deliver was not within the time period and I ended up having to meet up with the courier company. After all the ******* with the actual delivery of the phone... I get the phone and it's f*cking bright blue. I immediately call telkom and get told they see their fault and black was specified they will deliver a black one.... 2 MONTHS, numerous phone calls and many LIES later and still I am sitting with blue phone. I will be cancelling my contract with Telkom if this does not get sorted out by the end of the week as I HAVE HAD ENOUGH ! THIS KIND OF BUSINESS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!
