Telkom is full of Horse Sh*t

How come I have to give this **** company a rating, why cant we give them no stars? they deserve nothing!!! i have been trying to speak to an actual person from a branch. But the numbers provided only link you to a ****py electronic voice message system. and I am never able to speak to a human being, i need to speak to them about these new wifi land lines, as my mother is elderly and has no idea how to work the thing, I stay In cape Town and cannot get it setup for her. Its amazing that my mother has been a client of Telkom for 20 something years and all they do is cheat, lie and ***** money from their clients!!!! Telkom as an entity is useless and inefficient why they are still allowed to operate is beyond me
