Telkom is full of *****ed agents.

Subscribed to Telkom Deal, i requested to the sales person to ascertain that my mothly subscribtion MUST only be R180 but it rocked up to R900+ . the so called all calls are recorded when you make a deal convesation could not be retrieved either as I have asked for same but was taken from pillar to post. I have spoken to Salome who also did not assist me but wanted me to pay the money that I initially never agreed to then the problem will be fixed which is very selfish as it benefits them not the customer. I have been receiving threatening messages from them how ever I have not been assisted. I would like this matter to be resolved and my subscription to me cancelled. **********
