Telkom is frustrating me😭

I love Telekom but I am very disappointed with their service, first it is difficult to get hold of the call center agents, when I request call backs no respond, i have x2 contracts since 2022 I was paying a consist amount, untill i saw more money leaving my account and I quickly reversed the transaction thinking it was *****, and immediately tried to call telkom no luck, for days untill till i asked their cancelation department to transfer my call(which is the only functional department) the agent said i have extra charges dated may of which when i called them to make a payment on the 3rd of June nothing was said, i didn't receive a statement or notification to say they will charge me more, and due to the recent reversal the will be more charges, yooo I am so frustrated
