telkom is frustrating

I am very upset with telkom, i called 20 times with countless excuses, if its not network problem , is this n that, why can't you guys train your consultants properly, i hear different stories every time i call as to why i cant upgrade or system problems, i spoke to Ndhlalo surname and she was busy with my Query and she promised to call back even now am still waiting, i have contract with telkom and i believe this should be an easy process, but nah it took me the whole week to get help, hopeless consultants, am disappointed
