Telkom is frustrating

I’m highly frustrated with Telkom and I regret opening a Contract with them. My contract has expired and when I visited the branch to cancel my contract - they keep sending me away & asking me to come back, after the 25th. Mean while my account keeps getting debited. I don’t want the contract and I cannot afford it anymore-this is ********* behaviour.

Can someone help me
