Telkom is *****ung me

I’ve had nothing but trouble with telkom, I regret the day I took up a pocket router with them, I received a statement of R3900, called telkom to enquirer as to why, they advised me that I was charged cancellation fees for canceling the router. I then ask them how do I get charged for a router which im using and active , how do they say it’s canclled ? The telkom Durban in riverhorse valley is very much useless, spoke to numerous Teamleader, I even cc’d the call center manager Terrence P and still got no joy as they would say everything is now sorted only to findout on my devout date that things were not sorted when I was debited R3900. Telkom separates my accounts, so I had a cellphone account with a different debit date and a router debit date, all this I found out when I was complaining, for a while they would say they are going to merge the accounts and all this time I’m complaining for some reason most my calls to telkom would be routed to Durban. I have a cellphone contract and a router with telkom , with my cellphone contract I’m not able to load airtime or data for myself when I run out, I have to call telkom , after numerous times of calling the Durban and Johannesburg call center will always say your account has been graded out so they will not be able to load anything on my account, but if by Grace and luck the call is routed to cape town the agents there could and would help and load my account with data or airtime. The issue I have recently is that I was debited in the 25th and 31st . Why would telkom debut me twice a month when I only have one debit date with them??? They send me two statements in one month , the statements are just hard to read, not straight forward at all. I feel ****med and *****ed by telkom. I’m already severely depressed and telkom is not making things any easier at all. The Durban call center is useless to say the least and needs more empathetic diligent staff, Durban telkom call centre does not know what the word customer service mean . Their service is appalling.
