Telkom is an absolute joke and the ***** they commit daily must come to an end. Please contact me and return the money you have taken from my account when i cancelled and didn't want to upgrade my services in March 2020. I had to cancel 3 times, eventually i got it sorted and got the confirmation email. Just to have my account debited twice! For the 31 day period of my uncapped 100 mbps Wifi I had an average of 6h 53m per month when the Wifi was active and working, not to mention the speed was below 5 mbps at any given point. You should be ashamed as a company.

return my money you debited for no reason, as the router and all services have been back with your *********** staff at Blue Route mall for over 3 months?
