Telkom is **********

Telkom accepted a ********** account created with my name and delivered the gadget to a different address (which is not mine ). But still continue to demand payment from me irrespective of me not knowing anything about this device. I have tried by all means to solve this problem but the taking their time and this situation could penultimately lead to my blacklisting. They are very *********** for not checking or confirming whether I did infact purchase this gadget.
