TELKOM IS *****ING ME

In January 2020 I signed and agreed with a MiFi Router 20GB+20GB=40GB Contract which was +-R259 × 24 Months @Telkom Walmer Park Shopping Cantre. With my surprise they deducted the Amount only in February 2020 with the addition of advance bill charges which I was aware of it. From March 2020 Telkom gave me a serious Shocked that goes with enxiety they deducted R7959,15 which I never signed that agreement and when I enquired about that with my surprised Telkom said I cancelled Mobile Contract which I never signed that so hows that possible. Since March until June 2020 they've been deducted that amount of R7959,15 and doing the Reversal in my Bank account it's not a sweet thing to do because it will reflect as a bad Payer. Right now in the Credit lists I'm a Hazard because of Telkom *****ing me busy claiming for something I never opened. The branch in Walmer Park shopping centre the Lady who was helping me while I was signing it's either she subbotaging me or otherwise. I even open a case even my lawyers knows about this case. Telkom ***** me live and me going up and down while in this Disaster out side it's not okay at all. Funny part is that they blocked the Router and they don't deduct the amount I signed for the contract. How did this happened when I never signed a Mobile Contract with them neither Cancel any contract that I signed with you of R259. I need answers it was my first time and last time it's too much Telkom.
