Telkom is ***** stay away

Telkom is the *** company, their customer service doesn't even care about its customers, i told them last year around august and september that one of my contract is closed and i told them that i will never pay for something that i am not using, and the person that i was talking with didn't even care to assist me, but all they know is too send me invoices, but no one cares about coming up with the solution on how to sort out my problem, so in other words i am suppose to pay for something that is not working for months.
