TELKOM IS ***** ***** *****

TELKOM *******ly opened two new cellphone contracts under my existing account without my consent. I reported the matter three weeks ago and the matter is still not resolved. Who's going to pay for those two contracts because i never app**** for any contract with Telkom recently. I am afraid this is afaect my credit score because i do not have funds to pay for the additional contracts. MAY I HAVE THIS MATTER RESOLVED AND HAVE THIS TWO CONTRACTS REMOVED UNDER NAME without charging me any addidtional amount because i never app**** for these contacts.
