Telkom is *****

Telkom is ********** in so many ways, their cell phone app is a joke and so is there call centre. I logged a call every month since august to cancel a top up on my wife and till today I’m being charged and no one has sorted out the issue. I am cancelling this service and will warn people not to open up a telkom contract ever!
