Telkom is *****

Yesterday I bought a Huawei mobile Wi-Fi rooter that comes with 10GB of data. I didn't even use the data but today when I connect to the mobile Wi-Fi it says I'm out of bundle. Then I called the Call Centre that couldn't help me as well. The first consultant said I still have over 4GB of data and transferred me to the Technical Team where I was holding for 17 minutes. Then I hung up and called again and the second consultant was so rude. She basically asked me what should she do with my problem. Now I believe when people say Telkom data is cheap but they have tricks to block the network so that you can't use them. I regret using Telkom
