Telkom has went from 10% to a total 0%... Spoke to several rude consultants of which I have all the names... No solution and no call back from 26th July until the 3rd Aug... Line still suspended... All manager and supervisor get paid to act busy without helping clients

There is definitely no customer service and no sense of urgency...
