Telkom is F*$&?ng Useless

I don’t even want to give Telkom a 1 star rating more like -5 I am extremely unimpressed with the service I have received from Telkom I feel like cancelling everything I have with your useless service I requested an ADSL line be installed and I was told a technician would come on Monday the 2nd of November I got a rude technician who didn’t even explain why he couldn’t install it on the Monday as promised to only get a call 30 min with no clear instructions I then received a call on Tuesday apologizing for this and noting a technician would be sent on Saturday I called Saturday morning querying what time the technician would be available as I need to make my neighbors aware and was told they don’t send technicians on weekends why was I told a technician would come on a day that he would not be available?????? I’ve sat the whole without Internet which I use for work I’ve had to buy bundles which are not cheap I receive no assistance from the call center agent who noted he did not have a number or an email for me to lay a grievance and told me to google what kind of service is that if this is how you’re going to treat paying customers I am not interested I am paying out of pocket and wasting my time changing my whole week around for useless service I am at a point where I don’t even want to use Telkom.
