Telkom is false advertising to get publicity

I have just upgraded by Telkom mobile contract and on Telkom's website they advertise a 3 months subscription to Apple TV when you purchase certain phones. This is currently on their website but Upon signing up they made no mention of this and did not explain how I would access my Apple TV,

This is false advertising and they are misleading the public.
