Telkom is failing to assist on the mistake they made and ruining my name with the credit bereau

I have a contract with Telkom and pay a monthly instalment of R858 per month. They sent the credit bereau that my instalment is R858 000 instead of R858 and now I'm trying to get them to rectify it and now is able to assist. When I call them no one knows how to update this information
