Telkom is ****

I took an uncapped plan with Telkom and we agreed to on R530 monthly payment, but they keep charging me extra, now they say I have to pay them R1400. I've tried to report this and even called them but nothing. They promised to refund me even now I haven't received anything. Their customer service sucks, their employees are so uninterested in customers complains.
