Telkom is ******ing money from me!!!

Been ****** by Telkom! after requesting for a line transfer which was said to be free, I have been charged a huge unexpected sum of money on my account. Telkom was then contacted numerous times where they have stated this was an error and 2 cases have been opened. After numerous calls were made to telkom where the case was just further escalated but it is now 10 months later and there is still no progress with the case and I have been issued a legal notice for this payment.

I am being forced to pay money that I do not owe in order to keep my name from getting black listed.

This is totally unprofessional and clear ******ion from such a large company.
