Telkom is exactly everything that’s wrong with our country

Telkom is the absolute worst company in the country, I’ve dealt with them on two different occasions privately and many other times for our business.

Billing issues all the time and horrible after sale service , we downgraded a package in January and was guaranteed that the debit order amount would drop down to R99 and yet still R849 has gone off and worst of all the agent that helped me downgrade cannot be reached and refuses to respond to emails. What course of action can I take.
