Telkom is **** (especially Riverside mall Nelspruit)

<p>I had a Telkom line installed in Nelspruit, from the Riverside Mall branch. The ***** that installed the line did not attach a jack, now I only have a telephone line which I am paying for and a Wifi router from mweb but i cannot use it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I spent 2 hours on the phone with telkom and they eventually found the technician, who is now denying that he did not do his job properly and now they say that I mus be lying. So now I am paying for something I cannot use. Telkom is the worst operater that I have seen in a long time. This is absolutely pathetic and no one is doing anything about it. Evidently service delivery is not important to telkom and their Riverside branch does not even pick up a phone, they may just as well fire every staff member and close their doors</p>
