Telkom is ****ed up

I'm so ****en disappointed with Telkom,you debited me R1770.00 for December invoice,i was told by the consultant that the balance will be R900.00....I need this sorted as I received the phone on the 24th of November and I was charged the full amount and not prorata.....please sort this out I will definitely not leave the matter like this
