Telkom is easy to take money from you.

So in September, I went online to order a device from Telkom. They contacted me immediately to complete everything. My debit order was taken after 1 week of discussion. I've waited for my order for 3 weeks as they said it will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days. I called them only to find out that they don't have stock. I explained to her that they already took my money and because I didn't want any other advice, I cancelled. So she confirmed that my money will be paid back to my account. I had to cancel the debit order with my bank myself. Today its been 5 months. I've been in contact with them online, where an assistant said they will sort it and called them plenty of times, but as usual, the system is down. Really Telkom.. You are so easy to take money from people, but cannot give anything in return. It's called *****ING!!!
