Telkom is ****e

I have been trying the whole day to activate a contract sim but not a single soul in the Telkom contact centre can help me! Either i get told i have to call another extention or they simply cant help me. This was the worst experience ever. I will not be yelling from rooftops for people to use Telkom. Just stay away from them as they are absolutely sh*t and cant even solve this problem.
