Telkom is dying

The only reason for sharing this review is in the vague hope that an executive at Telkom might read it and understand the level of erosion of trust that has happened at Telkom over the years and that if they do not address it then it is best that they actually dissolve the company over time. I was dreading having to call Telkom to ask them to release a DSL line for Afrihost to manage. And that dread was well founded when after 8 calls I still hadn't found anyone who could do it. Instead I cancelled the line and decided to got for fibre so I do not have to deal with Telkom.
