Telkom is driving me into committing suicide as a single mom living with chronic illnesses.

I was incorrectly billed and I logged a case before the debit date. They failed to rectify the matter and wrong amount was debited from my account. I have been calling them for feedback but NO JOY I don't have groceries, I'm a single mom suffering with chronic illnesses I can't take my medication on an empty stomach. I can't send my son to school without any food. I am dying of depression.
