Telkom is dribbling me and I am not happy

I am so disappointed with the treatment I am currently receiving from Telkom I have not been paid month end April so couldn't pay my bill(R169), understandable so they doubled the bill in MAY (R371). In June they debited (R371) again, for what instead of R169. i reversed the amount because the amount was inconveniencing me I am an intern for goodness sake. July my statement shows 540,70 and total of R912.70. I have paid the unreasonable 540 but i am asking for my DIFFERENCE (R371) money back and to be billed according.
