Telkom is destroying my life!

1. My Telkom battle started 3 years ago when they failed to cancel my Fiber line at a property I sold, 7 TIMES! I went through, their accounts department, online portal and lawyers several times and STILL they failed to cancel. They destroyed my credit rating and caused endless frustration!!! It is STILL not RESOLVED! They now credited the amount BUT didn't bother cleaning up my credit record!

2. Since then they neglected to block my ****** mobile phone Sim (even gave me an ITC number). ******s ran up a bill of over R3000 and it has now been 6 weeks of fighting this battle as well.

3. A different fiber line was supposed to be moved and they canceled the order, kept billing me and now I have a 3rd battle to fight with them!

If anyone is insane enough to join them DON'T!
