Telkom Is Disrespectful & Doesn't Care

What is the purpose of this Telkom network? Providing people with affordable services but attending to the complaints of their customers? How do I still owe R9000 on an account that I finished paying? I didn't miss a debit order for a single month and even had to pay double in the first month? Then close down call centers so that we don't get through and question them about their bull?
