Telkom is DISHONEST

When I app**** for my telkom Fibre I was told that it was a 75/50 line and that it would cost me R629.00 for the first 3 months. Upon receiving my bill, I discovered that they have me on a 40/20 line at the same price. I told them that my payday is on the 25th of each month. Thet debited my account on the 22nd of December. When the debit order returned unpaid they cut my line. I have since paid my account and called the call center. They informed me that I will be charged a penalty because my debit order returned unpaid when I told them there would be no money in before the 25th. They also want to charge me a reconnection fee. I feel that they are dishonest and *********.
