Telkom is dishonest and needs to be downsized or eventually bought.

Telkom is the worst mobile company on the planet. They are *****ing your money and refuse to even listen or do anything about it. I will be ending all services with Telkom at the end of this month, May 2022.

I am now almost weekly subscribed to value-added services. Services that add to your Telkom account. This is without me doing anything to request or confirm that I want or need these services. I am in IT and know exactly what is going on, on my mobile phone. This is not by mistake or user error it is plain and simple theft.

I will now see what options I have to accuse them in court. I will only use their data via a third party ISP from now on because at least on a my current ISP allows you to block all VAS services on your acccount.
