Telkom is dishonest

Telkom has given me a horrible experience after being loyal to them for such a long time. I've purchase date but did not receive it but they deducted my amount from my account. I've been given different case number and spoke to different managers. I still haven't received my data and we are reaching the end of the month as all of this happened in the beginning of the month.
