telkom is dishonest

i bought a router from telkom less than 2 years go.after weeks of numerous problems iwth my line,it was established by telkom technicians that my router was faulty.<br> on the box it states clearly 2 year warranty.<br> the person at the talkom office informed me that the info on the box was incorrect,which means factory warranty does not apply,.i only have a 1 year warranty as i am not on contract with telkom for 2 years.<br> this was dishonesty on telkom's part as it was clearly printed on the box \2 year warranty\"this has nothing to do with me having a contract with telkom or not.this is a factory warranty which needs to be honored by the supplier\"telkom\"<br> i spend every month close to R2000 with telkom on services.this is disgusting and plain dishonesty..<br> i had to buy a new router as i needed it for my banking and work.<br> <br> "
