Telkom is disgusting

I have been having connectivity issues with Telkom for over 8 months as at night, I can not work AT ALL. This has now escalated to an uninformed billing issue that has left me completely without internet for most of Aug. If I can not work, I can not pay my bills. They VERY happily debited my account this month and could not care less about fixing my connectivity. Who will be paying my bills and telling my clients I missed deadlines due to their incompetence
