Telkom is disgusting

Its official! Telkom is the worst service provider on the planet. After not having internet for the past week, over 50 calls to the call center, nobody can help me!!! All I get is that "there is an area fault" No turnaround time as to when it's going to be resolved or when a technician is going to come out. Nothing at all!!!! In the mean time I'm supposed to be working from home but I cant because there is no internet!!! I am beyond disgusted.
