TELKOM IS DISGUSTING

Hi I am highly frustrated and angry @Telkom.They need to send a courier out to collect their cellphone device, it has been more than 5 months that I am waiting and the contract must be cancelled because my credit score is getting a bad effect because of this. I've been calling in many times and each time an assistant logs a new profile, I will have to hand this over to my lawyer to deal with the matter as Telkom fail to deliver service. I want a manager to call me, no call centre personnel. I want this matter to be resolved asap.***
