Telkom is disgusting

I have not had service from Telkom in over 5 months , whilst attempting to repair my landline ,they "mistakenly" cancelled my internet connection, and asked me to reorder one. When i attempted to reorder one i was told it was never cancelled. I have made over 50 calls to Telkom with no joy , no service . I am however being billed monthly. The billing department insist they have no record of calls or fault reporting from me , This seems to have magically dissapeared . Telkom are the most uselss service provider and i will be dealing with their claims for payment legally as i am fed up of Telkoms attitude and incompetence .
