Telkom is Disgusting!!!!

Telkom you are disgusting! Changing my 83 year old mothers call plan so that she cannot call numbers other than Telkom numbers! What happens if there's an emergency and she needs to call a family member?? We have loggged 3 calls with your "Could Care Less" Customer Service centre, and visited a Telkom store 3 times!!!! Still she is not able to make calls!!! You guys are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!
