TELKOM is DISGUSTING

Just the name Telkom stirs disgust and anger. I have been trying to cancel my landline for more than a year and they just wont. Is Telkom so desperate that they cannot let go of the people that are in their legal right to exit from this disgusting company?

Promises, lies, disgusting service. DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY SERVICE WITH THEM. ONCE YOU DISCOVER HOW TERRIBLE THE SERVICE IS - YOU CANNOT CANCEL - THEY STRING YOU ALONG - I think that if they cancelled the clients that are wanting to get away from them, they would have NO clients so they just simply ignore your INSTRUCTION to cancel and string you along.

I am now going to cancel all the mobile / cell phone accounts we as a family have with Telkom as a result of this. I want nothing to do with this brand.
