Telkom is disgusting

Why is there no possibility of giving this disgusting company 0 stars? Never in my life have I seen nor experienced such a pathetic, useless and insulting company. I wish I could get out of my contract and take up Fibre with any other company. Telkom may be cheaper but the way they treat their customers is so terrible you rather pay more for better services. They do not take down information right! They do their own thing. When you want to correct the issue, they send you to 10 different departments. These unskilled call centre agents actually say they do not know how to fix my issues. If they do not know, how the hell will I as a customer know? They do not know how to do anything right. Request to speak to a learnered person or manager does not even happen. They rather insult me. Now, I'm not associating this behavior for all Telkom employees, but when you speak to over 50 agents and they all do not know **** and some insult you. How can you trust a company like this? DISGUSTING SERVICE AND NO HELP!
