Telkom is disgusting

I app**** for an upgrade on 10 Jan 2023. There was a double device deal advertised for R599 per month on the Samsung A53. It is now the 31st of January and I was told after numerous calls that these devices are not in stock and will no longer be stocked by Telkom at all. Craziest part of all is that the promotion is still on all their marketing material and website as available. I have never received such disgusting treatment from them in all my years as a loyal client. Nor have I missed any payments so I fail to understand why I must now after almost 10 follow ups from my end and a call that was promised not materialising, I must now be penalised for a mess up with stock management on a device that I wanted. Yet one of my siblings app**** for the identical deal after me and took delivery of same in last week. I am beyond livid with this disgraceful level of service.
