Telkom is disappointing!!

I am so ****ed with telkom right now!!!! That time i have five phones with them 😡😡😡 I ordered another phone two weeks back, received a call, everything was approved. But then i was told the phone im looking for they actually dont have, i can either wait 7working days or change to something else. I told them i will wait 9days later my order is being delivered... "BOOM, TELKOM SIM CARD" WHAT THE **** AM I DOING WITH A SIM CARD WHEN I HAVE SIX OTHER SIM CARDS FOR TELKOM!!!???😡 I call them, and they tell me thats what i ordered, i did an order for a sim card for R59 a month BULL****!!! I HAVE A CALL RECORDING OF MY WHOLE CONVERSATION WITH THE CONSULTANT, SPECIFYING WHAT MY ORDER WAS AND WHEN HE TOLD ME IT CAN ONLY BE DELIVERED AFTER SEVEN WORKING DAYS. WHY WOULD I WAIT FOR A SIM CARD FOR 7 WORKING DAYS. Telkom i have never been this disappointed by you. Now i have to make another application and waiting another seven working days 😡
