telkom is ****

I have been struggling with Telkom for over a year, i got an LTE solution from them because i had to work from home(BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER) I SPESIFICALLY ASKED THEM ABOUT THROTTLING, and they assured me the fair usage policy only applies after hours 6pm to 6am during the day there will be no throttling, from the first month i had issues, i called, i emailed, i escallated with no joy whatsoever, after 6months i got ICASA involved and telkom only then called me back, and obviously i told them to cancel my deal as this was unacceptable, it had cost me above my monthly installment hundreds of rands on data to enable me to work from home.

the have sine debited my account without permission for 2399 rand i disputed this and was refunded less my bank charges, this month they have taken 3300 rands out of my account without permission again this is theft, i can with 1000% surity advise anyone that considers using Telkom to think twice they are the worst and they are *******!
