Telkom is debiting my account even though my contract is over

I took out a phone with Telkom 2years ago, the contract ended last year the end of August. they advised me to close the account online. I tried to cancel the account online but under MY ACCOUNTS on my My Telkom profile it shows no accounts under my name, mind you they are still debiting my account.
